The permission is the start of it. What makes the call worth making is what the other records say about the company holding it, 13 of them read together.

  1. How long there is before the window opens, which tells you whether the tender is imminent or next year's.
  2. Whether the site is a first for this project company, because a first-timer buys differently from a repeat developer.
  3. Whether long-term service is still unlet, which is the contract worth more than the build.

Is this useful for O&M as well as construction?
Often more so. The service contract runs for years after the build and is let by the same owner, frequently before energisation. A committed project with nothing announced is the moment to be on the list.
Do you cover wind projects?
