Industrial project leads for equipment suppliers

Industrial sites that have just been allowed to do more.

A factory, a treatment works or a waste site cannot increase what it handles on a whim. It needs permission first, and the permission says how much, of what, from when. Each one is the start of a design stage in which equipment, monitoring and site works are chosen, and almost none of it is ever put out to public tender.

Is this the same as construction project leads?
No, and that is the point of it. Construction databases follow planning applications for new buildings. Many of the changes here need no building work at all — more throughput, a new material, a tighter limit — so they never appear in a construction feed.
